Bilfinger Intervalve Africa operates a documented quality assurance program based on ISO 9001: 2015.

With a certified Quality Management system in place we ensure to provide our clients with excellent and professional services. Internal audits are also done to ensure we comply with ISO 9001:2015 and that we improve our quality operations within Bilfinger Intervalve Africa.Bilfinger Intervalve Africa gets audited on a yearly basis to ensure we comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and audits are done by TUV Rheinland.

Bilfinger Intervalve Africa also complies with the relevant Health & Safety Standard as well as SANS 347 & The Pressure Equipment regulations of South Africa.

All refurbishments & manufacturing are done as per design codes.

Our quality control plans comply directly with Eskom's strict regulations allowing Bilfinger Intervalve Africa to service and maintain Level 1 Eskom components. Bilfinger Intervalve Africa also complies with the Eskom Quality requirements – QM58 (Eskom Quality Standard)

Bilfinger Intervalve Africa also operates under ISO 3834 Part 2

A quality control plan (QCP) will stipulate and document the logical sequence of operations and quality control, references to controlling document, verification of conformance and quality record reference.

Whenever required diagrammatic repair procedure or work instructions will be part of the QCP supported by Surface Crack-, Hardness-,Positive material identification - Liquid Penetrant- and Radiographic Test Reports, Pressure Test Certificate and Material Certification.

Bilfinger Intervalve Africa being one of the Bilfinger Power Africa group of companies, has the complete back up support of the Bilfinger SE group and its facilities.

After the completion of each project, we do a customer survey to ensure client satisfaction and to improve where we can.
